What we are solving

Existing $260 a month Botox membership program with strong economics but soft front-desk uptake. Owner wants the subscription engine plus a Premium-tier voice agent to handle after-hours overflow at all three locations.

What is in flight

  • Subscription-candidate weekly ranking with staff talking-point cards
  • Voice agent specced for after-hours, with hard escalation rules
  • Multi-location data isolation under one ownership account
